Sori has been amazing for learning Japanese. The instant highlight translation feature really made a difference because it made reading so much easier because I don't have to leave the page or constantly switch tabs. It keeps me focused and helps me understand words and sentences in context, which is really important when learning Japanese. Also, the translations were fast and very convenient. My overall experience with this extension is that it feels smooth and easy to use and I would definitely recommend Sori to anyone trying to learn a new language or to have a better understanding while browsing the web.
Aplicația Sori a fost extrem de utilă pentru mine în învățarea altor limbi. Traducerile sunt rapide și clare, iar interfața este foarte ușor de folosit. Îmi place că pot introduce fraze complete și primesc explicații care mă ajută să înțeleg contextul, nu doar traducerea literală. Am folosit-o zilnic pentru a exersa vocabularul și expresiile, iar progresul meu a fost vizibil. Este o aplicație excelentă pentru oricine vrea să învețe limbi noi într-un mod simplu și eficient.
Extensie foarte utila pentru mine atunci cand consult un articol intr-o alta limba si nu inteleg anumite cuvinte sau fraze. Inainte foloseam "Google translate" si faceam un "copy-paste". Cu aceasta extensie, traducerea este mai buna si nu pierd timp sa deschid alta fereastra.

Google Translate is excellent at turning a page into your language and then forgetting it. Sori is built around what happens after the lookup: definitions in either language, a word pinned to the page as a sticky note, and flashcards scheduled so you see a word again just before you would forget it. Yes! Sori is free to install and use. The free tier gives you 100 credits per day, which is 100 translations, 50 dictionary lookups, or 33 text-to-speech listens, plus up to 100 saved notes. If you need more, Pro and Max plans are available with higher limits.
Sori supports 123 languages, including Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Hindi, Korean, and many more. The source language is detected automatically, just highlight and go.
No. You can use Sori without an account with a limited daily allowance of 30 credits, which is 30 translations or 15 dictionary lookups, plus up to 10 saved notes. Creating a free account unlocks higher limits and lets your balance sync across devices.
This is usually caused by one of a few things:
1. The extension is disabled or not installed. Check that Sori appears in your extensions bar and is toggled on. You can verify at chrome://extensions.
2. The page needs a refresh. If you installed or re-enabled Sori while the page was already open, refresh the tab so the content script can load.
3. You're on a restricted page. Chrome blocks extensions from running on internal pages (like chrome://settings) and the Chrome Web Store. Try highlighting text on a regular webpage instead.
